I drink daily and initially thought it contained only 60 grains, but it also has 120 grains. I take it with magnesium and zinc every day for hay fever and gynecological issues, and both have improved. I'm now so energetic I no longer suffer from chronic headaches or cold symptoms. I’ll continue taking it daily, as advised. Vitamin D is best taken during the day; otherwise, it may disrupt sleep.
